In this Eyes Without a Face guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play all of the chords, riffs and guitar solo for this Billy Idol classic.

Steve Stevens has some great guitar work in the first half of "Eyes Without a Face". From the chord progressions, to the natural harmonic melodies, he creates an ethereal quality to the song.
However, midway through, he launches into a killer guitar riff that eventually dissolves into a guitar solo that is like a collection of textures more than anything. Steve Stevens is always really great at creating these types of solo. They are always very unpredictable, contain a lot both of highly unique yet very musical ideas, that also fit the song perfectly.

Because of my dad I am an eighties music LUVAH. "Eyes Without a Face" is just so doggone beautiful, and Billy Idol will always be the coolest. It's been a long time since I've done a true blue acoustic cover with nothing but myself and a guitar and sometimes you have to remind the people that you can lol. So here's a live recording with a little behind-the-scenes. My set up has never been "professional". I use a three-foot rabbit as a stand-in and a lot of work lamps, but hey! helloooaooa been too busy to post lately and am slightly burnt out from life which is lame af but it's summer time soon so things WILL get better woooooooo kinda obsessed with the layered vocals I did for the chorus in this one, never thought of doing a delayed/echo type of harmony, and the ones I did in this cover were an accident at first, but I decided to go with it coz it sounds good bruh lolz there are no mistakes, just happy accidents~ anyway thanks for being here and watching HAVE AN AWESOME DAY BYEEEE
